A little about me...
I am Ronette Clarke Williams and I am the Founder & CEO of Optimum Productivity, Inc., a Global Virtual Business and Coaching company. I am the Resource Optimization Catalyst (ROC) and the creator of the (4P) Productivity, Profitability, People Management and Peace of Mind Movement.
I have over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis and Team Management. Prior to shifting my focus to entrepreneurs and small business owners I honed my expertise at several Fortune 500 companies, such as; IBM, Coca Cola, Ernst & Young and SunTrust Bank. Utilizing my corporate background and extensive personal experience, I've committed to translating my ever-growing wins into wins for my clients.

To move forward together, it’s important that we all start on the same page. We will start with Team and Individual Introductions and chats where can discuss the program and set expectations.
