Hi…My name is Ronette Clarke Williams and I am the Founder and CEO of Optimum Productivity, Inc., a global virtual business, coaching and training company. I have over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis and Team Management. Prior to shifting my focus to entrepreneurs and small business owners, I honed my expertise at several Fortune 500 companies, such as IBM, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young and Sun Trust Bank.
My team of Virtual Assistants (“VAs”) includes highly skilled and experienced assistants trained in over 10 of the most popular and needed service areas. The goal is to provide strategic, long-range planning by matching short-term and long-term goals with specific solutions. Some of the areas of focus are Operations Management, Organizational and Time Management Strategies and Tactics, Business Process Analysis, Project Management, and Big Picture Financial Objectives. *
SOCIAL MEDIA MONTHLY PACKAGE:
Marketing on Social media is essential to; build one’s brand, connect with existing and potential clients, generate interest and build leads that transcends into sales. The VA will research and create relevant and current posts, ads, memes, etc. The creatives can be prepared weekly, biweekly or once a month based on the clients desire. Upon approval, the VA will schedule posts and images on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter per agreed upon timeline. Package will be customized based on clients needs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PACKAGE:
Define project plans (including deadlines, deliverables, etc.) based on the vision and milestones delivered by the CEO/COO. Define the roles and responsibilities of each team member. Perform hiring responsibilities including job definitions and interviewing. Manage the resources (VA’s, Client resources – salaried and volunteers) to ensure the project is being implemented on time and within budget. Bi-Weekly Strategic Project Planning Sessions, email, text and chat support. Package will be customized based on clients needs.

Project-based VA Services:
Project-based VA Services are ideal for business tasks that revolve around a specific project-based outcome. The project can be a short-term, a one-time task or a much more substantial project that will take some time, For example, a project-based VA might be someone who sets up a Facebook ads campaign, an automated email sequence, plans an major event or even preparing your ebook manuscript to be published on Amazon. Hiring someone for one-off projects is a good way to get started with outsourcing, especially if you aren’t ready to make any kind of long-term commitment.
All Project Based VA work is billed at a flat rate. A percentage of the overall cost is expected to be paid up-front once the service agreement is signed. A payment schedule will be agreed upon for the remainder of the project fee.

How do I work with a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant works remotely – they never have to step foot in your office! They can do anything you need, provided they have the information, instructions and software (if applicable) available to them online. Our VAs work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., EST. All of your tasks will be completed on time and in the manner you like them. Better still? Time spent on each task is tracked precisely by minutes. So there are no round ups to nearest 15-minute block.
Why do I need Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant can save you two of your most precious resources: time and money. As a business owner, you should be focused on your products or services and grow your business – not worried about day-to-day administrative chores. How do I know if the VA is working if I cannot see them?
We are a client-oriented business and we will treat your projects as if they are our very own projects. We have a huge stake in how we perform our work. We are aware that if we do not perform work satisfactorily, our business reputation is damaged. As a result, we are highly motivated to complete all projects in a timely and professional manner. We care about our relationship with you and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services so we always do our best to ensure you feel the need to stay with us. How do I know how much time a VA is spending on my work?
We use a state of the art time tracking tool called to ensure the most accurate time tracking possible. All tasks which are completed for you are time tracked – meaning your VA will start Timer when he/she begins working on your task and stops Timer when the task is completed or the VA has switched to a different task. You can rest assured that you only will be charged for work performed and not a minute more. If needed, a report can be provided, letting you know how many hours are remaining in your plan on regular basis. Additionally, we will supply you with a weekly Time Sheet to show you the amount of time spent on your project.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and urgency of each project. If your project is time sensitive, a deadline will be agreed upon before work begins. Our Virtual Assistants are committed to delivering all projects on or before the deadline. Most simple tasks are completed within a few hours to 24 hours.
Is my information secure?
We take security seriously. From secure online data sharing to confidentiality agreements, we will ensure that the information you share with us is protected. We also have Anti-Virus and Windows firewalls to prevent virus and hacker attempts.
Is my information confidential?
We understand the importance of confidentiality. All information is confidential and we are willing to sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement ensuring the confidentiality of your documents.
How can we exchange files?
There are many ways to exchange files such as email and online cloud programs such Dropbox, One Drive and Google Drive.
What type of tasks can a V.A. execute?
Tasks can vary, as long as they do not require a physical presence and can be executed using a computer. Here is a list of possible task ideas to outsource to your Virtual Assistant.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.
What if I need more hours?
If you go over your limit you can purchase additional hours or upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. Email our Client Support team prior to your next billing cycle and we'll take care of your request. If you already have been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations or unused time.
